We are looking for somewhere nice – nice hotel, good food, beach, sand, sun… don’t want to spend too much, but we’re not on a shoestring budget either! We don’t want to go to any big city, but prefer a village, and want to be on the beach.
Anyone have any recommendations, based on their own experience – of somewhere to go – that won’t already be full of Italian or German tourists (as the summer holdiay season here has started…)

We’re on a tight budget. Can anyone recommend a basic but reasonably decent hotel or apartment (we want a room each) in Rhodes old town or Lindos? Also, which is the best budget airline to use, flying from Bristol, Manchester or Heathrow? Alternatively a good package deal could work out cheaper, if there is any particular company you can recommend. I’ve browsed a little, but I’m struggling to find anything particularly cheap.
