So I’ve got this wedding to go to in Las Vegas on June 13 and I put it off until the last minute to book my flight. Stupidly I did priceline Pick your own price and paid $113. good deal right? except the ticket was for arrival 6/13 at 10PM and departure 6/15 6AM. Anyway, long story short, I don’t want to pay an extra night hotel on Sat so I’m planning on landing and heading directly to a party somewhere. My questions – 1. I’m 28, traveling alone, want to be safe but have lots of fun. Where should I go keeping in mind I’m going directly from the airport without a hotel room. 2. Is there a way to change and leave my luggage at the bell desk of the hotel without actually having a room? 3. Haven’t booked a hotel yet but looking at mid-strip around $60-$70 for 6/14, any ideas?
Serious answers only please. Thanks
I feel like a question blogger….
My girlfriend has never been to New York ( we live in London) and i have found a deal where we can go from 28th December to the 5th January for 1000 pounds ( flights and hotel) – i want to take her as a last minute surprise.
The hotel is pretty basic, but do you think that matters? or would you pay more? i’m just thinking the saved money can be used as spending money.
And although weather is un predictable, does anyone know what weather to expect that time? i haven’t been for a while.
thanks a lot.
I am trying to book a trip to Paris and I don’t want to pay an arm & a leg. I’ve tried all the travel sites and the lowest price was $1400. I don’t want to pay more than $400. I know sometimes they offer last minute deals but I can’t book something like that because of work. Any ideas where I can book a trip to Paris for 4-7 days for $400 w/ air fare & hotel??
We are trying to plan a trip to Punta Cana and we are trying to decide when is best to book it to get a good deal without too much trouble. Should we try and book it now or risk waiting until closer to the date (by the way is mid to late Feb) for the last minute deals. There is going to be between 6 and 8 of us and we want to be sure to all be on the same flight and all get rooms close to each other in the hotel.
also do they have american style food available in the dominican?
I have no experience booking trips so I could use some help. I’m trying to keep it as cheap as possible, but I don’t want to stay in TOO seedy of a hotel- it’s not the biggest deal tho b/c I’ll just be sleeping there. I want to stay from 2/19 – 2/23, which I know is really last minute but I want to make it work. Does anyone know a cheaper hotel near Harrahs casino? Or cheap flights out of Newark or Laguardia?
I can use all the help I can get, thanks in advance!
