The Time to Buy Las Vegas Real Estate is Now

We believe the headlines are wrong about Las Vegas Real Estate. As a consumer or investor interested in Las Vegas Real Estate, we would recommend turning off that constant drumbeat of negative media about Las Vegas Real Estate. And, ignore the big picture deluge of negativity about a recession, housing market, subprime problems, the credit crunch and all things relating to our real estate industry and/or the broader economy. As much of it is inconsequential when you drill into the underlying strategy of when to buy Las Vegas Real Estate.

I Have Been In Italy For Exactly One Week Now, It Is Time To Start Looking For A Job. How Difficult Is This…

…..going to be? I have enough money to spare to last me around 6 months without a job, and more to get me through an entire year (which is about how long I’ll be staying) but would rather have a job. I’ve now acquired all my legal documents, and now just need the job. Any advice? I must admit, my Italian is poor. I mean, I can work out what people are saying and they can me but it might take a minute or so. Also, my age might have something to do with it…I am only 18. But, since I have been 16 I have worked in a hotel (the same hotel) dealing with the public and working with computers. I’m hoping I might be able to find a job at a hotel here, because I know a bit about it…though, I’m assuming there will be some differences.
Any advice or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.
Oh, and I forgot to tell you that Rome is the city I am in. Thanks again.

Best Time To Book Cruise (carnival)?

I’m going on a cruise on May 18th as a honeymoon
Miami roundtrip
7 days on the Caribbean
Balcony Stateroom
right now I could get the cruise at $1700
Should I wait and get a last minute deal? or is this the deal I’m looking for? How far in advanced do the best prices generally show up?
I went to vegas right after new year, and 3 months in advanced I got a 4* hotel at $129 (which sounded like a good deal)… 10 days before the day of the trip it was at $89
So, I don’t know how cruises work, what is the best time to get the best deal?
